Here are some of the regular staff that you will most likely interact with when you visit Finlays Joint Cafe!
Denise
Denise has been in the Restaurant game longer than she cares to admit. She has developed a strong family culture amongst her dedicated workers which makes for a great atmosphere for all involved.
She is always looking at ways to improve the variety and quality of the menu to provide culinery delights for both new comers and established regulars! Of course quality Coffee is another corner stone that gets plenty of attention!

Bec
Bec is our lead barista and is behind the coffee machine more than any of our other baristas! Most of our Twitter and Facebook updates are made by Bec.
If she had to choose Bec’s favourite dish would be the Greek Salad. She is also responsible for the creation of the Creamy Coconut Thickshake!

Jess
Jess is one of our bubbly baristas who came to work for us a few years ago. Jess is also a freelance journalist who writes articles in our blog!
Her favourite Finlays Joint Dish is Beef Massaman and she is also responsible for the creation of the Pine Lemon and Lime Crush!

Kiarah joined us in 2010 and has been a great help to all involved. You will see her serving meals and drinks. Her favourite dish is the Chicken Pita Wrap. Her favourite drink is the Strawberry Smoothy!
Maurita is one of the original staff members of Finlays Joint Cafe. She makes coffees and serves meals. Her favourite meals are any of the curries. She also really enjoys the pine, lemon, lime crush!

Nikki, Kelly and Koby
Nikki may be petite but she can work hard all day. She is destined for singing stardom and can eat a big joint breakfast with the best of any manual labourers!
Kelly started as a shy school girl and grown into a lovely young lady with us. Exceptionally reliable and always pleasant not to mention a great barrista! Her favourite food is any of our curries!
Koby is one of our local brightest sparks who started so quietly and is now as talkative and as loud as the rest of us. She loves Bali and our Fettucini Carbonara!

Ashlee is a family member that has been coerced into the team and a great addition, relaxed and adaptable, fave food is Fettucini Carbonara and pancakes
Yasmin is our newest (and very local), addition employed by our Human Resource Manager Bec and a budding example of the newest employment slogan "can do"!

Nudchanok and Sineenart
Nudchanok has been our dedicated head chef for 5 years and is responsible for the kitchen running smoothly and our great fresh food, many of Nudchis large Thai family and the Jenkins family have been good friends and associates for many years.
Sineenart or Sinee as we call her is family also and a very capable and cheerful chef, nothing is ever a problem for her!
Nudchanok has been our dedicated head chef for 5 years and is responsible for the kitchen running smoothly and our great fresh food, many of Nudchis large Thai family and the Jenkins family have been good friends and associates for many years.
Sineenart or Sinee as we call her is family also and a very capable and cheerful chef, nothing is ever a problem for her!
Yolanda and Ryleigh
Yolanda has been doing the hard yards in the kitchen for 3 years, (although you will see her running food when the pressure is on). Yolly is a shining example of mature workers that knock the socks of the young ones!
Ryleigh is our first apprentice chef who came highly recommended for her maturity and great work ethic. We definitely agree that Ryleigh has these values along with a solid culinary basis and a sweet nature!
